Frank L. Follett Motors Ltd was established in 1964 by its founder Frank Follett.
Based in Maida Vale, North London, the aim was to provide efficient and reliable independent servicing and repairs for Volkswagens.
During the 1960s, we were amongst the first U.K importers of VW parts.
Follett Parts Ltd was established in 2004 to promote the aircooled VW parts kept in storage since the 1960s and 1970s, the majority of
which are NOS and of European quality.

We use the original Volkswagen parts numbering system for reference.

Delivery Costs
As of March 20th 2007, we have completely revised our delivery costs to make them far more flexible.
As we have a large number of small but interesting parts in stock, we listened to customer feedback and took the decision to do this so as to make it easier to order and pay for smaller lightweight items.
The new shipping tariff makes it much easier and far more economical to order small items, if that is all you want to do.
Pricing starts at £1.50 for UK orders, £1.96 for US orders (= $3.85) and £1.60 (= €2.35 euro)

Catalogue Search Tips
! Important ! Please bear in mind that when you use the search box to search the catalogue by vehicle type, you
MUST ensure that you follow this format.
Type1 - ie, no spaces in between the 'type' and the '1'.
Parts suitable for a variety of Types will appear first in the search results followed by parts suitable for Type 1 only
If you do not follow this format, you will get results for
ALL types - 1,2,3 and 4 - which is not at all helpful!
Detailed Parts Pictures
As with other sites such as eBay, we have small parts pictures listed in the gallery.
When you click onto a particular part to get more information ("more information about this") you are brought to another page.
Here, it is possible to view a very large photo of the specific part in question on Flickr which should help you to see the part in greater detail alongside any identifiable manufacturer marks (eg, Helphos, Golde, Mera etc)
Method of Payment
We use a third party payment provider - Worldpay - for transactions.
After placing your order from the Follettmotors.com site, you will be redirected to Worldpay's secure server to enter
your card details and make the financial transaction. Follettmotors.com never receives or stores card details, and
thereby minimises the possible risks of fraud and impropriety.
