Follett Parts Ltd - Terms & Conditions
- All goods remain the property of Follett Parts Ltd until paid
for in full.
- All orders should be checked immediately upon receipt. Shortages
or goods damaged in transit must be reported within 1 working day
of delivery.
- No returns without prior agreement and arrangement.
- No returns unless goods are faulty or shipped in our error.
- No returns on electrical goods, special order items or second-hand
parts. Items will not be accepted if they appear to have been fitted,
if any sealant grease has been applied or if the packaging (where
applicable) has been damaged.
- If a parcel is received damaged, it must be signed for as damaged,
otherwise we will not replace it (stock quantities allowing) or
offer a refund. In the event of goods damaged in shipping, you must
keep all original packaging and documentation.
- Postage, packaging and insurance are non-refundable unless goods
received are faulty or shipped in our error.
- As stated explicitly in the Website User Agreement, we take every
reasonable step to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information
included in the Website. It is the Customer’s own responsibility
and duty to check carefully before placing an order that such parts
are appropriate and correct for the vehicle for which they are intended.

Goods bought and paid for at our physical
retail premises ONLY are to be paid either in cash or with a cheque
up to the value of your given cheque guarantee card, with any balance
to be paid in cash. Please note we do not accept credit or debit cards
for goods purchased over the counter at our physical retail premises
– we only accept credit or debit card payment through our website
ordering service, subject to the Website User Agreement.
