Congratulations!!
If you have managed to read this far, you have succeeded in getting through at least part of what a UK psychologist, Dr Cliff Arnall, has officially designated as the “most depressing day of the year”.
Dr Arnall, who specializes in seasonal disorders at the University of Cardiff, Wales, created a formula (above) that takes into account numerous feelings to devise peoples’ lowest point.
The equation is broken down into seven variables: (W) weather, (D) debt, (d) monthly salary, (T) time since Christmas, (Q) time since failed quit attempt, (M) low motivational levels and (NA) the need to take action.
In which case, perhaps this should be revised to include another automotive related variable:
which might normally be assumed to tip you further over into the abyss.

Coming on the back on last week’s figures which showed the UK inflation rate at an 11 year high, this makes for uncomfortable reading…….
However; we offer a reasonable alternative for VW and Audi Servicing
